Terms of Service

1. License

Kubesonar is licensed, not sold. A seat grants one named person the right to install and use Kubesonar on up to two Macs at the same time, for as long as the subscription is active. You may not share a seat, resell it or use it to run a hosted service.

2. Trial

The 14-day trial is free, requires no account and includes every feature. It starts on first launch and is bound to the machine. When it ends, the core instruments stay free (see the free-vs-licensed list); the differentiating instruments (network topology with live L7/L4 traffic and policy verdicts, right-sizing recommendations, the RBAC matrix and cluster compare) require a license.

3. Payments, invoices and refunds

Purchases are made through our merchant of record, Creem (creem.io), which is the seller of record, issues the invoice and handles taxes; charges appear as CREEM.IO. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

You can cancel anytime in the app (Settings › License › Manage subscription, which opens the Creem customer portal) or at creem.io/my-orders/login with the e-mail you purchased with. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Updates and support

Active subscriptions receive all updates. Support is by e-mail on a best-effort basis; we do not offer service-level agreements in v1.

5. Your clusters, your responsibility

Kubesonar reads and, when you ask it to, writes to Kubernetes clusters using your credentials and permissions. You are responsible for what those permissions allow. Reachability verdicts are computed from the policies the API server returns and may differ from what a CNI or vendor policy engine enforces.

6. Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Consumer rights in your country that cannot be waived are not affected.
